Yoga class here we come! I have heard good things about Evolution Yoga and a few members and myself want to get started! Every Wednesday they have a beginner class from 7-8 pm and it is $12. Mount Elmore offers great views of Elmore Lake and local farms, as well as Mount Mansfield, and further north to Belvidere Mountain and Mount Pisgah. A fire tower tops the peak. It is a roundtrip of 2.5 hours and 4.2 miles, with an elevation gain of 1450'. It is a little difficult to know what the trail conditions will be: loose snow, hard-packed, or maybe even mud, but we'll figure it out. As to the weather, we'll see. Lets plan on a slow pace and get everyone out for a fun-filled trip. Montpelier offers many choices for apres-snowshoe refreshments. I suggest meeting at the Richmond park-and-ride at 8:30 for those from the Burlington area, then at the Montpelier park-and-ride at 9:15 for others, for the final drive up Route 12 to the Lake Elmore trail head for a 10:00 start. We'll fill in the details as we get closer.

Come play soccer at the Miller Community Center located on Gosse Court in Burlington, Vermont. Our pick-up games go from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. All skill levels are welcome. Bring a water bottle and sneakers.
Have fun, exercise and make new friends. Come to the Miller Center located in Burlington on Gosse Court. It is only $3 to play and we are there 6pm - 7:30 pm. It is not competitive. It is mostly women, although my husband and the organizers husband do join in sometimes. Other men are welcome.
